Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Houston seeks an experienced healthcare administrator to serve as local chief executive agent, guiding operations and care delivery for the community we serve.

You will lead providers, ensure daily execution of services, manage personnel performance and office operations, and uphold regulatory standards across federal, state, and local guidelines while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed physician, registered nurse, or possess a bachelor degree.
• Must have demonstrated experience in health service administration with at least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
• Must not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business; further described in the company compliance policies.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of a home care office.
• Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local chief executive agent. Lead the local provider(s) in a better way to care for the community in which it serves, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Ensure the execution of operations are completed daily. Manage operations, services, personnel performance, and office management ongoing.
