Job summary

IUSCA seeks a senior leader to drive the Rockies'' integrated high-performance system across Major League, minor-league, and international development settings. You will establish standards for development, testing, readiness, rehabilitation, and return-to-performance across locations, and coordinate across coaching, medical, and sport-science teams.

You will recruit and manage discipline heads, set priorities, oversee budgets, and own the department's quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years in high-performance sport.
• CSCS or CPSS or a similar clinical credential is preferred, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Rockies' integrated high-performance system across MLB, minor-league and international development environments.
• Establish consistent development, testing, readiness, rehabilitation and return-to-performance standards across locations.
• Recruit and manage discipline leaders; oversee budgets and set research and technology priorities.
