Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading enterprise growth initiatives across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's enterprise growth strategy.
• Provide executive leadership for Business Development, Marketing, Brand, Communications, Digital Marketing, Market Intelligence, Public Relations, and Growth Strategy.
• Create and lead one integrated Growth organization with shared priorities, unified metrics, and accountability.
• Lead market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Evaluate new market opportunities, service line expansion, strategic partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
• Develop long-term enterprise growth strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
