Job summary

Electronic Technologies International, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to drive overall business growth by leading sales, marketing, quoting, customer service, and manufacturing operations.

This role emphasizes revenue growth, strategic leadership, and alignment across customer-facing functions and the shop floor. You will mentor a high-performing leadership team, set direction, and ensure that quotes, commitments, and customer expectations are understood and executed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in electronics manufacturing or industrial B2B.
• Experience overseeing or partnering with manufacturing operations; comfortable on shop floor and in boardroom.
• Extensive network within electronics manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of opening doors, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
• Experience leading customer service and/or quoting functions preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes (PCB assembly, wiring, box builds) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s revenue growth strategy and develop/execute sales plans.
• Lead and develop the direct and outside sales teams to meet goals.
• Close new business opportunities and grow wallet-share with key accounts.
• Coordinate win strategies and maintain relationships with customers.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline, and performance metrics for executives.
• Select and optimize CRM and sales tech platforms to support growth.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to build partnerships.
• Align sales with marketing, quoting, customer service, and manufacturing.
