Role Overview

As CGO, you will be responsible for leading the growth strategy across new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams. You will drive business development, strategic partnerships, go-to-market execution, and regional expansion—starting with the GCC and North America. You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to shape the company’s trajectory as we scale from early-stage success to global market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-market growth strategy aligned with EchoTwin AI’s vision and product roadmap.
  • Business Development: Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with government agencies, infrastructure providers, and urban tech ecosystems.
  • Market Expansion: Lead regional expansion initiatives, with a strong focus on the Middle East, North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
  • Revenue Leadership: Own revenue goals across pilot conversions, strategic partnerships, and commercial deployments.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Align cross-functional teams (product, marketing, partnerships) around aggressive yet achievable GTM plans.
  • Brand & Ecosystem Positioning: Represent EchoTwin at major industry events, policy forums, and strategic stakeholder meetings.
  • Team Building: Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth and partnerships team.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or growth leadership, preferably in B2G/B2B SaaS, AI, smart cities, automated traffic enforcement, or infrastructure tech.
  • Proven track record of scaling a tech company from early stage to growth or expansion stage.
  • Deep experience working with government stakeholders, especially in urban infrastructure, mobility, or compliance domains.
  • Strong strategic acumen and commercial instincts, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory and procurement environments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for AI, spatial technologies, and the future of intelligent cities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating in GCC markets and/or working with urban development agencies (e.g., DMT, DOT, MTA, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital twins, spatial AI, or infrastructure compliance solutions.
  • Background in engineering, urban planning, public policy, or technology management is a plus.
