• Minimum 7+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit growth, advancement, or external affairs.
• Proven success securing government contracts, grants, and philanthropic donations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, networking, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue across contracts, grants, donor development, and earned revenue.
• Oversee opportunities identification, evaluation, and pursuit with disciplined systems.
• Align growth with program delivery and operational capacity with senior leaders.
• Lead RFP and grant development processes to strengthen competitiveness.
• Expand CSI's Learning Institute as a mission-aligned revenue source.
• Cultivate partnerships with other nonprofits, funders, and government agencies.
• Manage external affairs, communications, and volunteer program efficiency.
• Provide regular executive reporting on KPIs.
