• Specialized experience at or above the GS-15 level providing senior-level technical, analytical, and strategic leadership for large-scale Federal financial assistance or grants-management technology programs.
• Experience in Federal Grants Management Systems and Business Processes covering pre-award to oversight functions.
• Enterprise Grants Technology Strategy and Shared Services Architecture development or modernization planning.
• Modernization and Integration of Mission-Critical Grants Technology including cloud, data, cybersecurity, APIs, and digital services.
• Enterprise Technology Investment and Cross-Organizational Leadership with executive-level influence on major investments.
