Spreetail is looking for a high-impact Director of FC Operations to lead our PA fulfillment center. The role includes full P&L accountability, strategic planning, and overseeing a large team to ensure efficiency and speed in e-commerce operations.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, proven leadership skills, and a strong analytical background. Qualifications

• 5+ years in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution (e-commerce preferred).
• 5+ years managing salaried leaders and overseeing teams of 300+.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assume full accountability for the Dallas FC’s P&L and performance metrics.
• Orchestrate complex labor models for on-time shipping execution.
• Mentor and scale a multi-tiered leadership team fostering growth.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Collaborate across teams to align operations with global strategy.
