Qualifikationen

• 5+ years designing, developing, validating, or testing complex autonomous or safety-critical systems.
• 2+ years people-management, ideally growing a small team.
• Strong systems engineering fundamentals for test strategies and campaigns.
• Own test campaigns from objectives to planning, execution, data analysis and release recommendations.
• Experience with test automation, validation infrastructure, or data pipelines to improve coverage.
