  • Experience with acquisitions, integrations, ERP implementations or finance transformation is highly valued.
  • Hands-on, commercially oriented leader who can set strategy and execute.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to build teams and influence across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company's overall financial strategy, planning and execution.
  • Partner with the CEO, Board and ownership on strategic planning, growth initiatives and value creation.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cash flow and financial controls.
  • Drive EBITDA improvement, margin expansion and working-capital optimization.
  • Develop and implement meaningful financial and operational KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, reporting and overall financial infrastructure.
  • Support acquisitions, due diligence and post-acquisition integration as applicable.
  • Provide actionable financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Build, develop and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
  • Present financial results, forecasts and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
  • Serve as a hands-on business partner who can translate financial data into operational results.
