As the largest stand-alone behavioral health company in the U.S., Acadia provides comprehensive care to approximately 75,000 patients daily across over 250 facilities in 42 states and Puerto Rico.
We seek talented individuals to join our Chief Financial Officer in Training program, working directly with an assigned CFO mentor. This opportunity immerses you in behavioral healthcare finance, offering hands-on experience and operational insights within our facilities.
Your primary training will be at Tower Behavioral Health System in Reading, PA, located on an 83-acre campus with a state-of-the-art 144-bed inpatient facility and outpatient services. Tower Behavioral Health specializes in care for adolescents (14-17) and adults (18+) with mental health and co-occurring addiction issues.

Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to financial management, strategic planning, and operational decision-making. The program lasts 6 to 18 months, depending on the individual. Our goal is to prepare you for a CFO role, with a final assignment in a leadership position within one of our facilities, impacting patient outcomes and organizational success.
