An up and coming software company is currently looking to bring on a Chief Financial Officer for a full time role. This role will be 5x a week in Costa Mesa and there will be a two step interview process for the role. The ideal candidate is someone who's currently a CFO or a Vice President of Finance who is looking to become a Chief Financial Officer. You'll be part of a culture where everyone is super passionate and wants to see the company grow!

Key Responsibilities Required Qualifications :

• Candidates who are already in a Vice President of Finance title or a Chief Financial Officer title
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills and problem solving skills
• Prepare monthly required work paper account analysis to support balance sheet and income statement
• Operate budget preparation and budget variance analysis
• Leading and driving controllership efforts throughout finance and operating functions
• Assist in developing and executing the Operating Plan
• Oversee the financial department and corresponding systems
• Establish a solid and fluid financial reporting link with the Board regarding the objectives and progress of the brands and the Company
• Oversee and manage the corporate finances of Company
• Analyze and model strategic initiatives
