CFS in York, PA, seeks a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead finance, accounting, treasury, FP&A, capital strategy, and technology transformation for a privately held real estate company.

Reporting to the President, the CFO will guide budgeting, debt management, acquisitions evaluation, ERP implementations, and scalable controls while building a high-performing finance team to support growth and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA, MBA, or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Significant commercial real estate experience.
• Strong background in capital markets, investment analysis, and strategic planning.
• Proven success leading organizational growth and finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership on financial strategy and growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Oversee debt management, cash flow, capital planning, and banking relationships.
• Evaluate acquisitions, development projects, and investment opportunities.
• Drive ERP implementation and finance process improvements.

Compensation: $200,000-$250,000 base + 20% bonus potential

A privately held real estate development and property management company near York, PA is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the President, the CFO will lead finance, accounting, treasury, financial planning, capital strategy, and technology transformation initiatives while supporting the organization’s continued growth.
