This is an opportunity to join a newly formed platform bringing together several founder-led businesses, with significant integration and further M&A ahead.

The mandate will centre around:

• Building the finance infrastructure for the combined group
• Consolidating multiple entities, systems and reporting environments
• Developing scalable reporting, controls and KPI visibility
• Supporting M&A, integration and future acquisitions
• Partnering with the sponsor and leadership team on value creation
• Helping position the business for its next phase of growth and eventual exit

I’m particularly interested in CFOs from PE backed services, technology-enabled services or other fragmented buy-and-build environments who genuinely enjoy the build, integration and professionalisation phase.
