This hybrid role will work directly with a diverse portfolio of nonprofit clients while leading an accounting team of 5-7 professionals. You'll serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on leader, helping organizations strengthen their financial operations and enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA preferred but not required; strong consideration given to candidates pursuing CPA.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience, including nonprofit work.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CFO and strategic advisor to multiple nonprofit clients
• Lead and develop a team of 5-7 accountants with coaching and performance management
• Oversee monthly financial reporting with clarity for client leadership
• Present financial insights to executive teams and boards

To Succeed, It Will Help If You Have
