As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help lead the financial future of the organization alongside executive leadership.
This is not simply a finance management role—this is a key executive leadership position reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with senior leadership and the Board.
We’re looking for a mission‑driven financial leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys building, improving, and leading systems that support organizational growth.
The ideal candidate brings strong nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, or grant‑funded financial leadership experience and understands the operational realities of organizations supported by government contracts, grants, and managed care funding.
We welcome experienced nonprofit finance leaders who are ready to step into a CFO‑level executive role.
At Santé Group, we believe diversity of experience and perspective strengthens our teams and the communities we serve. We are committed to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and mission‑focused workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
