Job Summary:

We're seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our accounting department and drive strategic growth for our San Antonio, TX facility. As a visionary leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, and informing key corporate decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute our financial vision, mission, and long-term strategy, aligning with organizational goals

- Evaluate and make critical decisions on company operations and investments, ensuring financial strategies drive growth objectives

- Provide expert financial oversight on expansions, acquisitions, and major business initiatives, ensuring fiscal responsibility and long-term viability

- Mentor and elevate accounting leadership and departmental teams, driving efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement

- Build and nurture strong relationships with company owners, executives, and key customers to foster trust and alignment

- Oversee financial performance and operational effectiveness, assuming ultimate responsibility for our financial health and strategic direction

Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years of experience in related roles, such as CFO, Controller, or Senior Financial Manager

- Proven track record of financial oversight, operational excellence, and strategic investment planning

- Results-driven professional with a history of success in financial management, strategic planning, and leadership

- Strong expertise in cash investment and stock market analysis

- Ability to think critically and make informed decisions that drive business growth
