Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a highly-experienced CFO to join a growing construction company in California. The CFO will oversee corporate financial operations, manage a team, and develop internal controls. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in construction finance and accounting. Attractive salary within the range of $275K-$325K plus additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in construction or construction engineering.
• Deep experience with accounting/financial management including budgeting and reporting.
• Experience in a multi-entity reporting environment is highly desirable.

• Must have deep experience with accounting/financial management including budgeting, reporting, yearly audits, construction contracts, % of completion, risk analysis, etc
• Will develop and implement internal controls and processes at all levels
• Will manage an existing team already in place
• Experience in a multi-entity reporting environment is highly desirable
• Salary likely to be $275k-$325k base + bonus, benefits, and more
