Hussh is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to oversee finance for both the technology company and the asset manager. You will own the financial truth, manage NAV across funds and the ETF, supervise investor reporting, and build a high-integrity finance function aligned with strategic growth.
You will report to the Founder & CEO and collaborate with the CIO, CCO, fund administrators, and auditors to maintain rigorous financial controls and compliance.
Reports to: Founder & CEO · Works daily with: Chief Investment Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, fund administrators, auditors
One Chief Financial Officer certifies every number at Hussh: a technology company and an asset manager with six flagship funds, an ETF, and permanent capital. Base salary $275,000–$375,000, a 30–50% target bonus, and a founding equity grant. If you have owned NAV, waterfalls, and LP reporting inside an asset manager — and closed audits without surprises — this seat was built for you.
Hussh is two businesses with one mission: make information — above all, private personal information — a real financial asset for the human it belongs to, with the human in control of every machine, always.
The technology company builds private personal AI. The asset-management company runs permanent capital across six flagship funds and an ETF, on one doctrine: own the world's fastest growers of absolute free cash flow. The capital architecture behind it — a $50M SAFE raise and the Fund A program — is being built now, to institutional standard, from day one.
A firm that asks the world to trust it with people's information must be beyond reproach with people's money. That standard has a name and a seat. This is it.
You are the financial officer of both companies at once: a technology company and an asset manager with six funds, an ETF, and permanent capital. Fund finance and corporate finance are usually two careers. Here they are one desk — yours — until you build the bench beneath it: fund CFOs and controllers per vehicle, the way Carlyle staffs the seat at scale.
Nothing with a number on it reaches an investor, a regulator, or the founder unless you have certified it.
Year one: every entity closes on schedule; the first full audit completes without a management-letter surprise; every LP report and K-1 lands on time; treasury runs on a written policy; the founder can recite the company's position from your one-page Monday summary.
Year three: the finance function is institutional infrastructure — a bench of fund-level finance leads you hired and trained, systems that produce allocator-grade reporting as a matter of routine, and a capital architecture ready for the firm's next order of magnitude.
Base salary $275,000–$375,000, a target bonus of 30–50%, and a founding equity grant on a four-year vest — owner-operator economics, structured so that the person who certifies the firm's numbers owns a real share of what those numbers become.
