SoloPoint Solutions (Wisconsin) seeks an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with recent manufacturing experience to lead financial strategy and performance across global operations. The role requires deep expertise in cost accounting, FP&A, cash flow management, and ERP-driven improvements.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain to drive profitability, oversee governance, and steer finance transformations including ERP implementations and international compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin required.
• 10+ years of financial leadership, incl. at least 5 years as CFO in manufacturing.
• Experience with international operations and global manufacturing networks.
• Expertise in cost accounting, inventory, FP&A, and cash flow optimization.
• Proven ERP implementation and finance transformation experience.
• Experience in engineer-to-order or custom manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost analysis and standard costing.
• Familiarity with international financial regulations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior CFO role within manufacturing.
• Extensive experience with international business operations, including managing global manufacturing, subsidiaries, or distribution networks.
• Expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, financial planning and analysis, and cash flow optimization.
• Proven experience supporting ERP systems, finance transformation projects, and business system improvements.
• Experience with financial oversight in engineer-to-order or custom manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost analysis, standard costing, and operational performance metrics.
• Familiarity with international financial regulations and compliance practices.
