1ST Gateway Credit Union is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead accounting and finance for a $170 million community financial institution. You will report directly to the CEO and sit on the Executive Team.

We are seeking a candidate with banking or credit union experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and at least 5 years in accounting or finance. CPA is a plus, and relocation consideration is available for the right fit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting or finance at a bank or credit union.
• Experience with regulatory reporting for a financial institution.
• Banking or credit union experience is required.
• CPA is a plus, not a requirement.
• Must be bondable.

• Manage liquidity, capital, investments, and interest rate risk.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary commensurate with experience.
• 401(k) with a 7% credit union contribution. Not a match. The credit union contributes 7% of wages, and you can defer on top of that.
• Annual bonus opportunity of up to 4% of wages.
• An additional performance-based bonus for this role, tied to credit union results.
