About the Role:

As Chief Financial Officer, you will report directly to ownership and play a critical role in building and leading the financial strategy of RISE SNF Management. This is a rare opportunity to step into a growth-stage company as its top financial executive — with a direct path to equity participation after five years of committed leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits
• Oversee multi-site performance analytics, compliance, and cost reporting
• Design and implement scalable financial systems and internal controls
• Partner with operational and clinical leadership to align financial strategy with care goals
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team
• Support long-term planning and investor relations as the company grows

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ in a senior leadership role (CFO or Controller)
• Deep understanding of SNF/long-term care financial operations, including Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and regulatory compliance
• Proven success in managing multi-site healthcare finances
• Experience building systems and processes from the ground up
• CPA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare Administration strongly preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a mission-driven approach to leadership
