We’re seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer who wants more than a seat at the executive table. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you’ll partner closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to help guide the future of Intermountain. You’ll bring financial expertise, business acumen, and visionary thinking to support a mission that matters- Healing through Healthy Relationships.

As CFO, you will be Intermountain’s chief steward of financial health and long-term sustainability. You will help shape strategic priorities, evaluate growth opportunities, strengthen operational performance, and ensure that our financial practices support both innovation and accountability.

The salary range for this position is $160,000- $200,000 annually depending on experience. Position may be eligible for sign on bonus and relocation expenses.
