Responsibilities

A growing project-based organization is seeking a Director of Finance & Accounting to join its leadership team and play a key role in the company’s continued growth.

This is more than a Director-level opportunity — the successful candidate is expected to transition into the CFO role within approximately six months, creating a defined opportunity for significant career advancement.

The CFO succession will also come with an increase in compensation and enhanced benefits, including full coverage of benefit costs for the employee and their family.

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in project-based accounting, WIP, job costing, and profitability analysis
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, and full financial reporting
• Construction, EPC, renewable energy, infrastructure, or another project-based environment preferred
• Comfortable partnering with operational and project management teams
• Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable getting into the details
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Technology-savvy and able to quickly learn new accounting systems
• English/Spanish bilingual or multilingual skills are strongly preferred
• International or cross-cultural business experience is a plus
