A fast-growing, multi-location hospitality group is seeking a strategic and highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial functions across the organization. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced finance executive who excels in operational strategy, fiscal oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in the food & beverage industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee cash management, investments, budgeting, and financial reporting

Develop financial forecasts, risk assessments, and long-term growth strategies

Ensure accurate financial operations, compliance, and internal controls

Partner with executive leadership on business planning and strategic initiatives

Lead budgeting, capital planning, and financial audits across multiple locations

Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvement

Supervise finance team and financial systems, including accounting software

Manage vendor relations, government compliance, insurance, and banking

Qualifications :

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required

8–10+ years of financial management experience, ideally in hospitality or F&B

Advanced accounting knowledge and capital fundraising expertise

Highly proficient in Excel and financial systems

Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
