Source is building the operating system for global commercial construction, combining AI-native finance with a scalable platform model. You will own the finance function, drive FP&A, accounting, and reporting, and partner with the CEO on strategic capital decisions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in finance, senior leadership, and hands-on project-based construction accounting with M&A experience in a venture-backed tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 3–5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Direct project-based construction accounting experience; draw management and revenue recognition.
• Experience with M&A including due diligence and earnout modeling.
• Background in a venture-backed startup or high-growth tech company.
• Experience building multi-entity or multi-business-unit structures.
• AI-native mindset with automation opportunities and scalable finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full finance function across FP&A, accounting, reporting, and cash flow across multi-workstreams.
• Partner with CEO on capital allocation, revenue models, and AI transformation implications.
• Build and maintain financial architecture for hybrid platform model.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and rolling planning.
• Oversee project accounting, cost-to-complete tracking, and revenue recognition.
• Lead due diligence, valuation models, and post-close integration planning.
