Source is reshaping how the construction industry moves money by building a scalable, AI-driven financial platform. We seek a senior finance leader to own FP&A, accounting, and reporting across multi-workstreams, guiding capital allocation and strategic finance decisions with the CEO and board.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 3–5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Direct, hands-on experience with project-based construction accounting; GAAP in construction/procurement contexts.
• Experience in M&A and diligence, able to own earnout modeling independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the full finance function including FP&A, accounting, reporting, and cash flow across multi-workstreams.
• Lead financial due diligence on acquisitions and model earnouts.
• Build and maintain financial architecture to support platform transition and AI-enabled processes.
• Design reporting and consolidation frameworks for multi-entity operations.
