Verra Mobility is seeking a visionary Vice President, Field Services to orchestrate North American field operations, the Command Center, and Fleet Management. You will guide regional teams, drive data‑driven improvements, and strategically manage costs while maintaining industry‑leading service quality.

You will lead enterprise‑wide initiatives, partner with internal and external teams, and travel up to 50% to ensure alignment with corporate goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 7+ years leading Field Services operations.
• 7+ years leading Remote Technical Support (Command Center) operations.
• 2+ years leading Fleet Management operations.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across North America or globally.
• Proven track record with enterprise‑wide initiatives at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Field Services organization including internal teams and third‑party vendors across the U.S. and Canada.
• Oversee Command Center operations for real‑time monitoring, incident response, problem management, and service continuity.
• Direct Fleet Management strategy, optimizing asset utilization and lifecycle planning.
• Manage multiple operational P&Ls including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Champion a customer‑focused culture and drive change management aligned with enterprise goals.
• Develop and execute plans across people, processes and technology to support growth and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve service delivery.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to streamline processes and reduce defects.
• Monitor KPIs and use data analytics for decision‑making and enhancements.
