Job summary

Alpha School seeks a Director of Family Relations to own the parent-facing, high-trust relationship on campus and lead the hard conversations with families. You will align with Guides, protect coaching relationships, and take on growth and admissions duties as campuses mature.

Role requires on-site work at Park City, UT, with 5+ years of experience, and a track record of decisive leadership in education or related fields. Compensation is six-figure and relocation may be available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning high-trust relationships with families, clients, or donors.
• Ability to hold firm decisions with demanding stakeholders.
• Independent ownership of an ambiguous relationship, community, or growth outcome, with results you can point to as your own.

Responsibilities

• Lead hard conversations and defend Alpha's model with families.
• Coordinate with Guides and protect coaching relationships.
• Make real-time decisions in ambiguous student and family situations.
• Build campus community, parent networks, and partnerships.
• Own growth contributions and admissions follow-through per campus phase.
