Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Director of Community Engagement to lead parent relationships on campus. You will own the trust with families, defend Alpha's model, and align with Guides to ensure consistent coaching and clear decisions.

This full-time, on-site role requires 5+ years of experience building high-trust relationships, independent ownership of complex outcomes, and willingness to relocate to one of the listed campuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning high-trust relationships with families, clients, donors, or members.
• Proven track record of holding firm decisions with demanding stakeholders.
• Independent ownership of ambiguous relationships, communities, or growth outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with every family on campus and lead hard conversations with clear decisions.
• Co-lead with Guides, align before/after sensitive conversations, and protect the coaching relationship.
• Make real-time judgment calls in ambiguous student/family situations and escalate appropriately.
• Build campus communities, parent networks, and local partnerships with defined outcomes.
• Own growth contributions for the campus phase, including admissions follow-through when needed.
