Job summary

The role reports to the Dean and partners with department chairs and institutional leaders to implement systems that promote faculty excellence, equity, well-being, and productivity across the missions of education,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of academic medicine and health professions education.
• Understanding of faculty development, adult learning, and performance improvement.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards and continuous quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for faculty lifecycle management (recruitment, onboarding, development, advancement, engagement, well-being).
• Collaborate with Dean, chairs, and leadership to implement systems promoting faculty excellence and equity.
• Oversee policies, metrics, and programs for faculty time, compensation, and productivity.
