Job summary

Epirus is seeking a Vice President of Marketing and Communications to sit in Strategy and report to senior leadership. You will shape Epirus’ external messaging, build media relations, and drive a measurable marketing framework.

This role leads a small team and partners with executive leadership to articulate vision, positioning, and strategic communications across DoW media and industry audiences. You will direct external partners for branding and communications, lead trade shows and thought

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant marketing, communications, and/or public relations experience with externally facing messaging.
• Experience building and controlling external narratives, media relations, and press strategy.

Responsibilities

• Shape and externalize Epirus’ core strategic messaging, vision, and positioning.
• Develop and maintain relationships with DoW media personnel.
• Lead external communications, media relations, and press strategy.
• Direct and brief external design partners for brand and creative work.
• Lead trade shows, industry events, and thought-leadership opportunities for senior leaders.
• Support investor relations narratives and relationship management.
• Manage a small team including events lead and two reports.
• Monitor industry/news and report on competitive/partner/client developments.
