Qualifications

• Master's degree in health care administration, business administration or closely related field.
• Ten (10) years of hospital operations experience preferred within a larger health system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection, development and performance management of staff to meet clinical, patient experience, quality and financial goals.
• Develops and sustains relationships to foster a high performing, inclusive culture across hospital operations.
• Lead system-wide alignment with BILH goals, implement performance improvement and ensure accountability across departments.
• Partner with CFO and CMO on financial performance and clinical/operational integration within the system.
