The Battle Creek Housing Commission is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide overall leadership, administration, and management of all activities in alignment with the Board’s mission and strategic goals.

The CEO will oversee operations, long-range planning, and relationships with residents, public agencies, private partners, and the community, while guiding the organization toward affordable quality housing and supportive services.

Qualifications

• Leadership and administration experience at a senior level.
• Ability to plan strategically and manage a multimillion-dollar budget.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and partnerships with public agencies.
• Proven ability to engage with residents, partners, and the community.
