The Meyer Foundation is seeking an experienced CEO to lead a trusted philanthropy in Washington, DC, advancing racial justice and equity through partnerships, policy analysis, and public engagement.

The CEO will provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and responsible management of programs, operations, and finances while strengthening external relations and fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace that values staff contributions and diversity.

• Provide overall leadership and general management of the Foundation including strategic direction, program development, operations, finances and personnel management.
• Advance equity and inclusion as internal values and foster a diverse, inclusive, and productive staff environment.
