Operating Partner - Private Equity | Multi-Time Fintech CEO

A growth-oriented private equity firm backed by a team of operators and entrepreneurs who've built billions in enterprise value is looking for its next Operating Partner. This isn't a seat for someone who wants to sit on the board and watch. This is for someone who has been the CEO, done the scaling, and wants to do it again at fund level, across a portfolio.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Been CEO at two or more SaaS technology / fintech companies in the US
• Climbed the ladder the hard way: led Sales → led Revenue → led Strategy → became CEO
• Taken a company from $Low to $100M+ in revenue
• Raised institutional capital across Series A through C
• Led M&A / acquisitions as part of a growth strategy
• Delivered solid returns to investors or shareholders
• A genuine bias for hands‑on execution — you roll your sleeves up or you know exactly how to instruct and manage a team to get it done.

What you'll be doing:

You’ll join a small team of high-performing operators and dealmakers, with full ownership of the transformation process for portfolio companies - sourcing, diligence, negotiating and closing deals, then rolling into hands‑on value creation: leadership assessment, go-to-market strategy, board and governance, and driving portfolio companies toward their next stage of growth.

On paper, you'll likely have:

• Prior experience as CEO of a SaaS / recurring-revenue technology business
• Private equity experience in capital raising and deal execution, from an operational seat rather than a purely investment one
• Strong financial and analytical discipline
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly around deal cycles
