Job summary

Georgia United Methodist Foundation is seeking a faith-centered President & CEO to lead strategic growth and mission-driven financial stewardship across Georgia. The role requires transformational leadership, relationship-building with clergy, donors, and partners, and the ability to expand endowment, loans, and investments while guiding the organization through church and financial market changes.

The CEO will report to the Board of Trustees, advance innovation, and cultivate a high-performance

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in relationship-building, external engagement, and communication with diverse stakeholder groups.
5–10 years of executive or senior leadership experience in a nonprofit, faith-based, philanthropic, financial services, foundation, or mission-driven organization.
Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit leadership, theology, finance, law, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and implement strategic vision and a sustainable business model for the Foundation.
Grow relationships with clergy, donors, funders, and congregational partners across Georgia.
Increase revenues through loans, investments, endowment services, and new programs.
Foster a positive, inclusive culture and effective governance in partnership with the Board of Trustees.
