Job summary

Sacramento Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Chief Executive Officer to lead the hospital's operations and align daily practice with the organization’s mission and guiding principles. The role requires strong healthcare leadership and a proven ability to manage a hospital environment.

The candidate should have a related bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and substantial administrative management experience in health care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ administrative management experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of reimbursement regulations, nursing practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to hospital administration.
• Demonstrates capacity for leadership and management in a complex and changing healthcare setting.
• Demonstrates the spirit of the philosophy, mission, and values of the hospital through words and actions and implements them into departmental processes, programs, and the working environment.

At Sacramento Rehabilitation Hospital, we are passionate about patient care! At our 50-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients, servingthe Greater Sacramento area. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

Posted Total Compensation

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $220,000 to $300,000.
