Qualifications

At our 50-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients, servingthe Greater Sacramento area. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall operation of the hospital. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ administrative management experience in a health care setting preferred.

Posted Total Compensation

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $220,000 to $300,000.
