Halcyon is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and impact. The role is ideally based in Washington DC, though national candidates are welcome with the possibility of remote work arrangements. A critical responsibility of this leadership position is the ability to tell Halcyon’s story powerfully and authentically. The CEO will connect the organization’s mission, entrepreneurs, outcomes, and future vision in ways that inspire and engage donors, partners, entrepreneurs, staff, and the broader community to participate and invest in Halcyon’s work.
