Qualifications

Job Summary and Qualifications

The role of theChief Executive Officer (CEO)combinesadministrative and executive direction, provides leadership,and directs the overall operation of the hospital consistent with policies andobjectivesof the hospital and its advisory or governing Board. The CEO will plan, organize, apply, direct, control andevaluatesall resources (human resources, facilities, equipment,capitaland similar resources) invested in the franchise.The CEO shall use all resources to generate measurable returns tobenefitthe company, the Community, thePhysicianand most of all, the Patient. The CEO functions as an executive for the organization and must be highly skilled in building relationships with medical staff, communitymembersand hospital staff.
