Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Chief Financial Officer for Corpus Christi Medical Center to lead the Financial Accounting and Reporting Department and partner with the CFO on strategic initiatives. This senior role drives financial integrity, performance, and transparency across the hospital network.

The position requires deep healthcare finance knowledge, capital asset management, HIM/Case Management awareness, and a proven ability to lead teams, optimize productivity, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years in finance/accounting or public accounting/audit.
• Experience as a hospital Controller preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.

TheAssistant Chief Financial Officer (ACFO)is a critical financial leadership pipeline role that serves as a direct tributary into the hospital Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. This position manages the Financial Accounting and Reporting Department to ensure that it is providing effective and efficient service.
