Job summary

Crown Advisors seeks a seasoned Leader to head the new multifamily (BTR) platform in Phoenix, overseeing acquisitions, development, construction, and asset management while setting strategic direction and driving disciplined growth.

The executive will build a high‑performing team, strengthen institutional and private capital relationships, and deliver risk‑adjusted returns across the portfolio, reporting to the President and aligning culture with ownership and partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in single or multifamily development, investment, or real estate private equity.
• Proven track record overseeing large scale development pipelines and delivering institutional grade assets.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, JV structuring, and investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision for the multifamily (BTR) business, including market expansion, capital strategy, and product positioning.
• Lead annual and multiyear strategic planning, ensuring alignment with ownership and capital partners.
• Identify emerging opportunities in target markets of AZ, TX, CO, NV and UT, and guide disciplined entry into new geographies.
