Job summary

Barrow Brain and Spine BBS is seeking a CEO to provide leadership, direction and administration of all activities to fulfill its mission, vision, values, goals and objectives. The CEO supervises about 210 employees and anchors brand value through leadership, education and exceptional clinical care.

You will direct operations across physicians, staff, finance, IT, HR, front office and marketing, stay attuned to market trends, and promote innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong

Qualifications

Minimum seven years of executive operations experience in a medical group or similar complex setting.
Proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills with physicians and staff.
Ability to drive change, maintain quality control, and analyze data.

Responsibilities

Lead Barrow Brain and Spine's mission, vision, and strategic plan as part of the executive team.
Oversee operations across departments including physicians support, finance, IT, HR, and marketing.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain relationships with health organizations and payers.
Promote a culture of excellence and employee engagement while safeguarding patient care standards.
