Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial estimating experience.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive and complex proposals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of bidding standards and cost control practices.
• Travel to job sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a team of estimators responsible for the development and delivery of accurate, competitive and timely proposals.
• Direct and validate interpretation of bid documents to ensure compliant execution.
• Develop high-quality, full-scope estimates through standardized processes and best practices.
• Lead estimate reviews and governance to reflect risks and opportunities.
• Oversee turnover of estimates to Operations for successful project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement using historical data, rates, and estimating tools.
