Our large construction company is currently hiring for a Chief Estimator to join their team in Piscataway, NJ. This individual should have 15+ years of experience working within the construction industry as an Estimator on project sizes ranging from 100-300 million. Specific experience working within multifamily residential or data center construction is required. This individual will be responsible for carrying meetings, working directly with architects and owners, pricing projects, and handling value engineering aspects for estimations. Bachelor's Degree in Construction is required. This role is full-time on-site.
