Role Summary

We’re hiring a Chief Estimator to lead and upgrade the estimating department. This role involves managing 3–4 estimators, ensuring accurate and competitive bids, and implementing modern estimating software. Reports directly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the estimating team
• Introduce and oversee new software and automation processes
• Prepare estimates for structural and miscellaneous steel projects (railways, highways, signage, heavy civil)
• Collaborate with leadership and project teams
• Act as the primary contact for both internal teams and external partners

Ideal Candidate

• Strong leadership and communication abilities
