Job summary

Lumicity is seeking an experienced Mechanical Chief Estimator to lead our estimating organization in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of mechanical construction estimating and a proven track record of team leadership.

You will oversee piping, ductwork and plumbing project estimates across hard bid, negotiated and design-build work, and drive process improvements in estimating tools and methods. Strong communication and collaboration with project teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical construction estimating experience.
• 5+ years leading or managing an estimating team.
• Strong background in piping, ductwork, and plumbing project estimating.
