The role demands 15-20+ years of bid experience, a track record of strategic leadership, and the ability to balance technical accuracy with schedule discipline.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years' experience bidding Commercial, Healthcare, and/or Mixed-Use projects $20M+.
• Experience as Chief Estimator or Lead/Director of Estimating.
