The ideal candidate will leverage deep connections in the Charlotte and North Carolina subcontractor market to win large-scale projects across education, industrial, and multi-family sectors.

My client is new to the Charlotte market, with over 100 years experience building everything from: Education to Industrial to Multi-family.

They generate revenues of over $400 Million annually.

The office opened earlier this year year, and this opportunity is for a Chief Estimating/ Estimating Manager to come in and build out their preconstruction department.

What is important in this role is a good network within the charlotte and north carolina subcontractor market!
